So, you’ve probably read this book already and many of you will have seen the film. So why bother posting about this new edition?
That’s simple, at least for me. This new edition holds some new information on some Fantastic Beasts not seen in the previous edition, and also more information about the author Newt Scamander. In particular there is teasing information about the story behind how he wrote the book, and the part he played in the war with the Dark Wizard Grindlewald. The book is also a little more in-depth than the previous edition with information about how the Fantastic Beasts, and how the Ministry of Magic deals with them.
I enjoyed reading it, and pretending that I am in one of Hagrid’s lessons learning about how to care for those magical creatures.
“We do not need magic to transform our world. We carry all of the power we need inside ourselves already.” JK Rowling.
