In the 2016 that Tom Barren lives, there is no war, no poverty, and technology has solved all of the worlds problems. Only Tom doesn’t really have a place in it. The girl of his dreams has gone, and he comes up with the not so brilliant idea of using his very own time machine to try and change a few things.

Only his plans go wrong, and he ends up in an alternative 2016; ours. Tom desperately tries to fix his mistake, only to find that after meeting the new girl of his dreams and this realities version of his family, he doesn’t want to. When she returns his feelings, it leaves him asking himself some very big questions about what the world is supposed to be.

“Try not to become a man of success, but rather try to become a man of value.” Albert Einstein.
