This is a story about a young girl in rural Ireland who is sent to live with a foster family. What she finds there is the stable and loving home she’s never known, but the more she learns about the people she now calls family that life is at risk. She learns terrible news about her Foster parents past, which only lead to more questions than answers.

I first heard of this book when I heard an abridged version dramatized in the radio by Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood). I think you can find the voice recording on YouTube if you’re interested.
